Well, hello there! I am so excited that you have stopped by. I am Rana and I am passionate about sharing why living a whole life is essential. As one who has been through a whole lot of life and come out on the other side – alive and vibrant – I desire to share how you, too, can have and live a beautiful healthy life.

Here’s My Story

Since childhood, I have lived a life with anxiety. Though I did not know it by this name, I am able to see its affects on my livelihood. A shy girl, who never left her mother’s side, I suffered from chronic stomach aches and an inability to catch my breath. However, most of this was dismissed as merely me creating issues that did not really exists.

And, so, somehow I learned to suppress and cope – until that was no longer an option.

Several years into my adult life, married, and the mother of a brand new baby girl, my life was turned on its heels. For I endured what no mother should have to, when it was announced one evening by a panel of doctors that my then 6-month-old daughter had suffered a traumatic brain injury. Needless to say, this event, in-and-of itself, put me on a path to researching anything and everything that would help me to help her!

My journey found me walking the halls of hospitals, therapy treatment centers (for her and myself!) and dipping my toes into holistic natural treatments when Western Medicine seemed to fail and I wasn’t ready to give up and just accept the status-quo for my daughter. Though she might be just another patient to that doctor, she was my everything.

Today, she and I, have come a long way.

While medication did aid in the journey, it was ultimately faith in treatments out-side of what mainstream media discusses that set both she and I free. For the reality is this: while medicine is used to treat the symptoms, is it not what heals the roots of what plague one’s body.

My time in the trenches has taught me quite a lot about the the body, mind and spirit as a whole. I have learned how the gut and the brain often work as one unit. And through this, I have learned how our body systems store fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, and shame – and what the storing of these do to one’s body. The restoration of ailments in our body, however, can often be relieved when we seek support for our mental health.

The Bible says in Matthew 11:28-30:

Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

As a result of my journey, I have landed here. I desire to help others looking for alternatives to health and wellness and hope that I can be a voice in a very loud part of our world, that can speak hope and healing into you and your loved ones. I pray that God would use me to bring about healing to those who are suffering both physically and mentally.
